Great Laser Tag Party & really great staff! Special mention to Leah who was really “on it” as a party host she was great with the kids (energetic boys!) room and balloons were all set up ready, food was lovely and having the play frame to ourselves for the last hour of laser tag was great! All the staff were really hardworking and helpful, also saw them cleaning the equipment in the baby area! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing party at Let Loose! Huge thank you to Bethan, who was a fantastic host, so energetic and engaging, the kids absolutely loved her. Also a big thank you to Courtney at the front desk for being so helpful when we booked. All the staff, including the café team, were lovely and welcoming. Everyone had a great time, both kids and adults. Highly recommend!

We have been here quite a few times over the last 7 years and I'm pretty sure that most times we have been, Courtney has been working there. I've never thought to leave a review before , until this weekend when Courtney hosted my triplet sons' 9th birthday party. They had a laser tag party and it was all organised beautifully. All my children (including my 11 year old daughter as well as my sons) had a fantastic time, as did their friends. Courtney was so friendly, polite and really helpful which made a massive difference to all of us.

Such a beautiful place. We've booked for our daughter's sixth birthday and it was so beautiful 😍. The kids had so much fun and so did the grownups lol We've been assigned a wonderful Host that made our life so easy . Laila was a professional, she knew exactly what she was doing, very kind , patient and down to earth 💓 . Everything went smoothly thanks to her . I honestly couldn't ask for a better host . I definitely recommend it.

My daughter had her 6th birthday party here and from beginning to end the experience was incredible. Staff were warm and welcoming, the play area kept the children entertained. Leah was my daugthers party host she was absolutely amazing. I would give this place 5 out of 5
