Jungle J's Play and Party Centre

Facility needs updating. The party was pre-paid for a certain amount of kids, less than 25 kids turned up so the amount actually owed should have been £300 (Including pass the parcel fee) and wouldn’t refund the difference paid. Party food supplied wasn’t good enough and a better ‘finger food’ selection could have been provided for them.

Was great took my daughter here for a few hours she loved it food was edible as to be expected at a play center, was packed due to a birthday party but there was still no wait to get in as there was abundant seating, staff were lovely will absolutely be going again

Honestly would avoid. Over crowded and shabby. Picked the food menu up and it stuck to my hand as it had chewing gum stuck to it. Session we paid for was until 3. The staff were on the microphone 20 to 3 asking all children to leave the equipment and start putting shoes on. In 20 minutes 10 announcements were made making us feel rushed before our time was even up. They were hoovering around our feet. I confirmed with a staff member that our session ended at 3 and was told yeah but the next session starts at 3 so we have to get everyone out to let the next session in. Shocking. Dirty and not enjoyable.

Staff are friendly and really lovely. That aside this place is abdolute chaos. Too busy. Too many back to back parties that take up over half the available table space. No regular cleaning happening. Toilets were not good at all. Kids had fun but very small space compared to other play type centres

Went here for the first time, does not look big on the onset set however there is plenty to do that will tire the little ones. Good clean environment, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. Equipment and frame in good condition and well looked after with no build up of dust.
