Serious incident occurred, Autistic child left to run around a very overcrowded play centre unsupervised, hitting numerous children and nothing was done about it. 4 year old was thrown down the slide, floppy and almost unconscious no first aid offered, staff didn't care ,didn't even ask if he was okay, I had to demand an ice pack for his head and force them to record it in the accident book before rushing him to hospital. Whilst staff were recording in the accident book, the child was still left beating other children with no intervention. Broken arm , likely needing surgery. Absolute negligence, I mean don't your staff have a duty of care and shouldn't there be a first aider present incase of accidents?? We have been to kaly's a couple of times ,my youngest finds the equipment easier to climb independently compared to other play centers, won't be attending again!

The service itself is fantastic they have a good team when Rubana and Adi are on. The manager not sure what her name is but she is not welcoming and supportive always has a face on whoever the service user is. The soft play area needs a thorough clean it’s really unclean. Once you get this sorted you this is such a fantastic opportunity.

Very disappointed with attitude of the female staff. Very rude not friendly at all. They need training on how to greet and talk to customers. I own a business and one quality that has rubbed of on me is my customer service skills. And from that experience why would you want to come back? Another thing I noticed their is no ventilation in this play area so oxygen levels will remain the same or b even under for kids running excessively for hours so not safe in that respect. Anyway my first and last experience in this very disappointment of play area.

Went here today with 4 kids and a friend, first of all major issue with pricing, the prices don’t seem to be displayed anywhere inside or on a website poster etc. I came here 3 months ago with 3 of my kids and showed my carers letter and received half price in total yet today they only gave 80p off when looking at receipt this was including the 20% offer they had so instead of £5 paid £3.20 including 20%off yet she said with carers it’s only one child that goes free. Clearly not the case as I paid. My friend had a 1 year old and she paid £4 for her toddler which is ridiculous for a little baby who barely used the play area. Food was mediocre, ordered 5 mins before my friends yet was last to receive food and they gave soo many chips the plate was piled high which was shocking as went to waste. Hot drinks before came in a proper coffe cup now in plain cardboard takeaway cups and hot chocolate was stone cold. Very disappointed as it wasn’t like this 3 months ago when I came. Your paying more than what u actually get not worth it

Nice local play area for younger children. It would be nice if they had children size toilets or at least some adaptation on the adult toilet. The food seemed reasonably priced but it was ridiculous that they are setting a minimum spend of £7 to pay by card. Overall my son loved the play area itself and we will be coming back again
