We hosted a Y6 Leavers party, and it was brilliant from start to finish! The check-in was super quick, and the staff helped set up our room perfectly with music and decorations. They handled everything smoothly, even when we had a little first aid hiccup. Every aspect, from cleanliness to the food and drinks, was on point. Honestly, I can't thank the team enough for making it such a memorable experience!

Oxygen was amazing from start to finish. From the very first contact, the staff on the phone were so helpful, warm and friendly, making everything feel easy and well organised. On the day itself, Mollie was incredible she made my daughter feel so special from the beginning and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a few small issues with guests, but Mollie immediately put me at ease and handled everything smoothly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I was also able to decorate the room in my daughter’s theme without any stress. Mollie also helped me set up my phone for the music so my daughter could enjoy her Frozen songs, which made the experience even more special and joined to her theme. She was always nearby if we needed anything and even happily served food to the children, creating such a lovely, positive atmosphere. When it came to doing the cake, mollie handled it amazing, she put the topper and candles on, and made sure to make a grand entrance and made sure to sing loudly and cheery the happy birthday song to my daughter which encouraged her friends to join in, creating a lovely moment for her to blow out her candles. Other places we have had birthday parties at have always failed at this part for some reason either whispering or not singing at all, with not even a smile, making it feel very awkard. But not here. It was perfect! And what you want for your child on their special day. Overall, the entire experience with Oxygen was amazing, so relaxed, fun, and completely stress-free. I honestly can’t thank Mollie and the whole team enough for making the day so special!

First time visiting with my daughter. She loved it, I loved it. Staff were absolutely brilliant all round, creating games with the kids and reading to them and just being interactive with each child. Receptionist was great showing us around. Very impressed and we couldn’t stop smiling! Will definitely return to this place 👌

I had a brilliant experience recently, and I really want to give a shout-out to the lovely lady with dark hair and glasses who came to our rescue when my son had a little mishap on the slide. The cleanliness and safety were top-notch, and the staff made us feel super welcome from the get-go. Plus, the food was fantastic—those Chicken Tenders and veggie sticks were great value for money! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun day out!

It must have been a few years since I last came here, but it’s evident that it has been upgraded with investments! Lots for the kids to do, with climbing walls, jungle gyms, a springy football pitch, and masses of trampolines! Well stocked cafe (plus a small adult fridge 😅), and very polite and understanding staff.
