We had a brilliant birthday party. Smart and caring staff looked after us (shout out to Jenny!) but also the love of climbing shone through. Kids achieved stuff I never thought possible thanks to them. Amazing .

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Rock Up Birmingham. Paul, Chantal and Cai have been absolutely amazing throughout my daughter’s journey, supporting her through both the NICAS Foundation and Advanced courses for home educated children. What really makes this place is the staff – they are so encouraging, patient and genuinely invested in the children. Thanks to them, my daughter’s confidence has absolutely flourished, and it’s been incredible to watch her grow. It’s such a brilliant space full of fun, adventure and opportunities to build confidence in a really supportive environment. We’re so grateful for everything they’ve done and would highly recommend it to anyone whether a course or a few hours out!

We visit weekly as park of PE and education lessons. The kids have come so far and their confidence is building each time. The staff, especially Kai and Ollie are excellent and helpful, showing them how to get higher and where to put their feet or helping talk them down when they go too high and get scared. We look forward to our visits every week.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at rock up today, the staff members who helped us were extremely friendly and very welcoming, they made us feel very safe and confident in using the equipment. They encouraged us to try everything and always helped us when we needed it. The experience was so much fun, I highly recommend rock up for anybody who is looking for a fun, exciting and thrillseeking experience. I will definitely be returning in the future

Went to Rock Up on Friday with children. Had a lovely time. The instructors were very good. They provided clear instructions and made sure the participants knew how to climb in practice before going on the floor and starting to climb. They kept an eye on the participants and helped or give encouragement when it was needed. Safety was a paramount thing and as a mom I was very happy with that. Will be coming back again.
