We went for a day out with the kids and had a great time – the place was really fun and the kids absolutely loved it. What really stood out though was the staff, especially two members in particular, Ruby and Lacarra. They were brilliant. Their customer service went above and beyond, making the whole experience even better for us. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Because of the service we received, we will definitely be coming back again.

We had a great experience at Gravity Star City for my son’s birthday. A special thank you to Anuj, the Assistant Operations Manager, and Rimsha, who were both incredibly professional, friendly and helpful throughout. They supported us with checking in all the children, making the process smooth and stress-free. Their excellent customer service really helped the party get off to a great start. I was served by soI was assisted by Rimshah at the counter, and she was friendly, approachable, and down to earth. She came across as someone who genuinely wanted to help, rather than just going through the motions. I've been to Gravity a few times before, but Rimshah honestly made the whole process much smoother than on any previous visit. She clearly explained why my waiver needed updating after so long, which I really appreciated. Even though I was happy to complete it myself, she offered to fill it in for me because she was more confident using the tablet, making the whole process quicker and easier. She also sorted out all of the socks by chatting with the kids, asking their shoe sizes and dates of birth for the waivers. She made them feel involved in the process, which was a lovely touch and helped create a really welcoming atmosphere. Rimshah provided excellent customer service and made our visit start on a positive note.
