Checked this place out for my 2 year old daughter and she loved it. The place is clean and brilliant for babies and toddlers. You can get food and drinks. Staff are really friendly and welcoming.

Took my daughter (2 years)here yesterday for the first time, the staff were lovely and it was very clean. the food was great too, I felt confident to leave her to do her own thing, such a friendly environment Will definitely be coming back this is the best one we’ve been to so far!

The place looked clean especially the seating area was clean. I can see the cleaner around. However the inside of the soft play wasn't very clean. I can see the dirty. There were too many Broken/ damaged balls around and inside the big ball pit. It wasn't safety to the child to play. If the child falls or hands in the floor in the big ball pit, the broken ball may cut the little hands. Also, there weren't a lot of balls. The quality of the balls was cheap. So the balls couldn't hold the child weight like swimming between the balls. It may be the reason the balls are easy to break, Also, It just showed no one cleaned the ball pit and balls since. I would recommend the owner clean out the broken balls around and inside of the ball pit, and fill with better quality balls. There wasn't a lot things to offer, compared the prices. I paid £8.50 for a under 2 year kids and an adult. The best soft play we have been nearby in Erdington, it costs £6.95 and has more things to offer. I don't think I would return to JP playhouse that often. As a part of community, I would suggest to put your prices down a bit to compare what the facilities inside. Hopefully the ball pit would be better and the soft play inside is clean when we visit next time.

We had a fantastic experience at this soft play. The whole place was spotless and really well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable letting the kids play freely. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely amazing and far better than you’d usually expect from a soft play café. Overall, it’s a brilliant place for children to have fun while parents can relax. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to others

Great soft play! It’s very clean, safe, and perfect for young children. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they also run fun events that the kids really enjoy. My child loved it and we’ll definitely be back. 😁😁
