Teenie Weenies Softplay and Nursery

We cannot recommend Teenies Weenies Nursery Birmingham highly enough. They are absolutely fantastic. The nursery manager Mariam is amazing — she has been incredibly supportive, understanding, flexible where possible, and always helpful. She genuinely cares about the children and their development, and she is equally supportive towards parents. She is polite, caring, and provides an excellent level of service. Mariam has also made a number of much-welcomed improvements over the last couple of years, which have really enhanced the nursery. Please continue the great work that you do. The entire team is wonderful, and our sons have done brilliantly here. Our son is currently cared for by Alishba, and we are extremely grateful to her — she has been amazing. A special thank you as well to the reception staff and the centre manager; you are all a wonderful asset to the nursery and should be very proud of the work you do. Everyone has been so welcoming from day one. Our son Mikail has been attending since he was 9 months old and is now 2 years old. We previously tried a top-of-the-range, very expensive fee-paying nursery, but Teenies Weenies is by far the better experience. The previous nursery was not flexible, and we noticed Mikail was often unwell. Since attending Teenies Weenies, we have had no such issues at all. We also love the thoughtful touches, such as celebrating the children’s birthdays. Mikail will soon receive additional support with his walking and talking through a specialist at the nursery, which is an excellent additional service they offer. The food menu has improved since he started, and he has had no issues with eating. The children also have access to a soft play area, which is a great added bonus. We really appreciate the development and progress reports, which we find very informative, and the regular updates on activities through the app. Overall, both Mikail and his parents are extremely satisfied. Didn't need to book. Just turned up and paid the entry fee. For 1.5 year old and 2 adults £7 at the weekend. When we went in, it was absolutely crowded and full. All tables had been used. Couldn't find a table in the beginning. There were a lot of kids inside of the soft play. A few times older kids ran passed my 1.5 year old. She was shocked. The main important thing for me is the cleanliness. There were a lot of bread crumbs everywhere in the soft play mats on the different levels. Look very messy. Plus, overcrowded. An adult sat on the mat with his phone next to the slide but I couldn't see any his kid around him. A lot of kids climbed the turbo tube slide up. So we couldn't use it. Noise level was high, as there were more than 40 kids inside. Kids were consistently screaming. Smell, I can smell oil food cooking around. It wasn't nice smell inside. I understand it was a weekend but there wasn't any control. They just got people in. My 1.5 year old played 4 rounds then she didn't want to go anymore. After maximum we decided to go home. I wouldn't recommend to go over the weekend. May try weekday but there were better soft play centre in Erdington.

Just wanted to show some appreciation for this nursery it has massively improved over the past few months. Huge shoutout to Aaliyah and mariam who have gone above and beyond for my toddler I cannot thank them enough for all the support and care they have provided I will certainly be recommending this nursery to family & friends

My son absolutely loves the soft play area at Teenie Weenies! He started playing there at just 4 months old, and now at almost 21 months, it’s amazing to see how much he’s grown and learned in this space. He loves the slides, running around, and playing with the balls — it’s helped him develop strength, balance, and confidence. The staff are always so friendly and attentive, keeping the place clean and safe. I really appreciate how the play areas are separated by age, making it suitable for all kids up to 12 years old. It’s clear that each section is thoughtfully designed for the right age group, so little ones like mine can explore safely while older kids have their own fun too. Every visit is a joy for both of us!

The place was nice for kinds, however there was not wo much options for kids to play with. There is a paid parking next door The staff were friendly as well.
