Monster Mayhem (Dudley Port)

We had a great experience at this soft play. It was clean, safe and really well organised. The kids had an amazing time. The staff were respectful, welcoming and truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. The manager/owner has a special place in my heart. My little boy lost his chain and she, along with her staff, took special measures to ensure it was found and returned. These things can happen and are often left unresolved, as it is not usually the company’s responsibility to look after or recover lost valuables. If your children come here, she will treat them as her own. The care and love she has radiate from her. She is such a kind lady and I truly appreciate her. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic place. My son’s birthday party was cancelled last minute and the lovely lovely manager here sorted his party out for us for the very same day. From start to finish this lady was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure my son had a brilliant party. I would 100000% recommend this place to everyone. We had organised a birthday party for my daughter at this place. The whole staff was good but the owner lady Has no respect for anybody even for the staff and her attitude is like she don’t want anybody be there in the party area. We was booked for 330 to 5:30 pm but she telling all of our guests to get out before 5:15 pm which was not acceptable. She charge all the parents Who came in the party £1 each Additionally for using toilets who came with their kids at my birthday party she even have a arguments with our guests not to do this not to do that would Not Recommend anybody for a birthday party. I feel sorry For the staff work for her Even though all the other staff was good and helpful, but that owner lady she don’t deserve to be on the reception counter

This place is brilliant. It has a little bit of everything. Big slides, big ball pit, bouncy castle, trampolines and a very large soft play frame as well as a nice toddler section. I bring my little one here every Sunday. The food here is great too, especially the pizza. It’s takeaway level pizza, not your run of the mill frozen crap you get at most soft plays. The staff are always helpful and polite.

The play area is clean, safe, and kids are happily entertained. Even the birthday parties are fun here ,highly recommended. The food is impressive: fresh, tasty, and well presented, with good options for both kids and adults and above all it’s halal. It is great to be able to enjoy a nice meal while the children play. The staff truly made the experience even better. They are very friendly, attentive, and very welcoming, always happy to help and making sure everything run smoothly. Overall, a brilliant place with excellent service. I visit every week with my kids and above all the overall place is tidy and clean , even the toilets are so cleaned! Overall I give them 5 stars in everything. The best place in town :)
