The most amazing, beautiful role play centre I’ve ever been to. My daughter and niece love it there. The staff are super friendly, especially the owner. Beckie is amazing. Birthday party’s here are magical. Lovely large party room. Highly recommend!

We had such a fantastic time at Playtropolis! The play areas are clean, safe, and really well laid out, with plenty to keep children of all ages entertained. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which makes such a difference. The café is great too – good variety of food and drinks, all reasonably priced and perfect for a quick bite while the kids burn off energy. The whole place has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and you can tell it’s well cared for. Highly recommend for a fun day out or a birthday party – we’ll definitely be coming back! 😌

We have visited here many times, actually it’s one of the very few places we return to time and time again. We recently had my daughters 4th birthday party there and I could not praise it enough, all the children had a fantastic time and parents who hadn’t visited before commented on how lovely it was! The girls working couldn’t have done enough for me and helped everything run smoothly, we never once felt rushed when setting up or packing away, everything was communicated to me perfectly before and during the party. I have always found play - tropolis to be clean and welcoming and my children always have the best time. Thank you for always providing a brilliant place to play and for a brilliant birthday party!

A pleasant atmosphere even on bank holiday Friday,plenty heaters keeping the play area warm. A variety of activities and dress up for the kids. Some items were a bit broken but on the whole everything was well maintained and nothing dangerous. Good coffee from the Cafe too.

I recently hosted my daughter’s 4th birthday party at Play-Tropolis, and it was an absolute hit! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and made everything so easy. The party package was fantastic, with plenty of options to customise everything to our liking, from decorations to food. They were also great with the kids, ensuring everyone was safe and having fun. We got so many compliments from other parents about how well-organised and fun the party was. Overall, Play-Tropolis made my daughter’s birthday unforgettable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to throw a memorable, stress-free party. We'll definitely be back!
