Booked two lanes today for my son and 7 friends. We had a lovely time . Would like to thank Autumn for her brilliant customer service nothing was too much trouble for her she was understanding and very helpful. She got all the kids involved with a dance. Shes a credit to the team. Also the girl working soft play think toni ?? Sorry if I got name wrong. But again so helpful and lovely.

Really disappointing experience. The tables are packed far too close together, which led to my partner accidentally tapping into someone behind him while taking a shot. He apologised immediately, but the guy clearly had an attitude problem and started verbally abusing him anyway. My partner continued apologising, but the other guy refused to move away from our table and became increasingly aggressive. There were no staff around to help de-escalate the situation, and the man eventually pushed my partner so he kicked him. At that point I was trying to get my partner out of the situation and towards the exit while asking staff to get security. Shockingly, nobody came to assist until we were already outside. Instead of dealing with the aggressive customer, staff focused on telling us to leave — which we were already doing. To make matters worse, I was still holding the pool cue in my hand rushing out the building and rather than checking if we were okay or helping calm things down, the manager treated me as though I was carrying it as a weapon. Completely unprofessional handling of the situation from start to finish. We ended up having to file a police report ourselves because the staff seemed totally clueless and unwilling to properly manage the incident. A venue serving alcohol whilst having kids around and should absolutely have visible staff and proper security procedures in place

I had bad customer service experience. We ordered food, drink was missing from our order, I called over a member of staff, they went off and sent another member of staff over. He asked what's the problem, explained our drink was missing (not a big deal because I know mistakes happens), he then stood there looking around at our table scanning everything, I said do you want to see the receipt? He said yea, so showed him, he walked off,came back with our drink, placed it down and went off. No apologies, no acknowledgement, nothing. Made us feel like we were lying. I dont expect much and I have so much love and respect for people working in fast food, entertainment centres as I know it can get very stressful. But this experience made us feel unwelcome. Shame as tenpin has amazing facilities even the toilets were very clean.

Went with our two and four year olds. Excellent soft play area and they enjoyed the bowling too. We chose the Bowl and Pizza deal which is £30 for 1 hour of bowling with the family and a 12 Inch Margherita Pizza. This was perfect time wise and the kids enjoyed the Pizza too. Lots of arcade games, large bar and seating area and was clean when we visited despite it being busy. There was ample parking right outside. The staff were friendly, it had a great atmosphere and so would recommend this as a great place for families to visit based on our experience.
