I feel that although the first point of contact with Shipleys has been verbal! And labeled as my son being vulnerable I feel that you as an establishment has discriminated my son on the appearance of a tag! Which you have not gone through the correct channels to establish the basis of such tag monitoring I should not have to justify the reason my adult son is wearing one Although if it was a criminal tagging device he wouldn’t have been in the establishment of his own judgement but he is wearing an alcohol detection device that allows his to attend such place You have violated my son and labeled him with judgement and if the court can allow him to have this tag it is for rehabilitation purposes not for you to judge I would like this member of staff to be suspended immediately and the staff member I would like a formal apology to both myself and my son Also a change in the way you deal with customers if I don’t receive a suitable apology or compensation is put in place I will be escalating this matter further Alternatively I will be making my review public on your website

Went into here to play a few games but needed the toilet. Was not allowed to use the toilet, had to play before i could use them. Well you lost a customer. And stop following people around, it makes them uncomfortable and unwelcome.

It's ok but I think that staff need too Start Listening more too staff that they take on for the job especially if any member of staff have problems. Staff should Listen and be more considerate with each other instead of back stabbing other staff that are good and good at there job and know what the job contains of and includes. And also I think that the manager should talk too the staff there and too customers especially too stop customers from asking too borrow money in side the arcade or weather it's out side too. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH MEN STAFF AT THAT ARCADE. THERE is more women than men that are more vunerable at night it's disgusting too know that there is lack of Male staff at the job

Larger than I expected and very clean. The staff/ladies are pleasant and friendly - and they never fail to ask me if I want a drink.
