The lady working there was lovely and very professional, which was definitely the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the venue itself really needs a deep clean. The kids’ play areas were dirty, the ball pit smelled mold, and the blocks and other toys looked unclean. It’s disappointing to pay for entry and then have to pay extra per child to use the sensory area. During the current heatwave, there were also no fans, making it very uncomfortable inside. Overall, the staff were great, but the cleanliness and facilities need significant improvement. As it stands, the environment didn’t feel clean enough for children and babies.

Absolutely would not recommend. Took my 6 month old here today, unfortunately the place was over run with people from a local child minding service. I could not get into the under 2’s area at all, as it was full of the childminders talking and them leaving screaming kids to do what they want. The older member of staff was rude and was more interested in talking. Will not be coming here again, there’s far better facilities around Telford. Most of them being cleaner and cheaper.

Unfortunately the under 2’s area is very dirty and needs a deep clean. Went with a group of friends and all of our babies are unwell now. Also the pictures are outdated, there is no ship in the baby area. Would not recommend.

Visited this soft play Tuesday just gone in the afternoon, was charged for the hour & a half play as they had sensory sessions on at 4pm ( I arrived at around 3ish) which was fine that wasn’t my issue and was more than happy to pack up and leave at 4, even tho I had 2 babies with but they were very quick to say at 3:50 we had to pack up and leave (from my knowledge babies can be apart of the sensory session even if they would’ve asked to have paid the little extra if that was the case to be apart of that). The older lady that was on shift was quite rude, and blunt to say she worked around children and rather judgemental ( was constantly staring over & talking to another staff member while staring)… also on exit they had 2 male stock takers in who were checking the coin/toy dispenser machines who were more than happy to squeeze there way past customers ( to the point he even nearly took the plants out next to him) with pushchairs who were on the pathway outside the building even tho there was another path leading to the same place they needed to get just next to it. Usually never have an issue and have always found it very clean etc but the visit this week has definitely made me reconsider visiting here again in the future.

Was invited to a party here, it took ages to let us in. The party host kept the children entertained well but I think the children were getting restless having to wait to have their food plated individually. It would be better to put it out in front of them so they can help themselves. Feels dated, everything was slow. I didn't bother getting a drink in the end. I popped out, and it took someone ages to come back to let me in again, although I could have just stepped over the short entry gate/swing door. I won't come here out of choice
