was there last week and although the place is well equipped, cleanliness is a big issue. The toys were very dirty, and since shoes are not allowed in the play area, it was unpleasant to step into a puddle next to the ball pool. I even got my foot wet. The ventilation could also be improved, as there was a bad smell. Overall, the place has potential, but it really needs better hygiene. The bathrooms, however, were clean.

Kidzmania send legends was amazing and such a great support for the send community. My child had an amazing experience with addition of amazing food provided by E5 pantry. Making a fun day out with less pressure on myself due to the fact that send legend had food and entertainment provided. Great service and event send legend and you will always have my support.

Lovely soft play. My 1 year old really enjoyed himself in there, there was plenty to engage him. We also had some food which was nice and reasonably priced.

Below average experience overall. The price is reasonable for 1.5 hours of play, which is a positive. However, the facilities and overall setup were disappointing. There were very few chairs and tables available for parents, and the ones provided were quite uncomfortable. Tables were not cleared promptly after people left, which made the space feel messy and unwelcoming. The toilets were poorly maintained — there was no toilet tissue or hand towels available during our visit. Additionally, children’s shoes are kept at the front, meaning kids have to walk to the toilets in just their socks, which feels quite unhygienic. Unfortunately, despite the fair pricing, we would not return.

18/12/22: Revisited today for the SEN session organised by HIP. Excellent session. Thank you. 💙 A place where even adults have fun 🥳 Went out in the terrible rain today, only to be greeted so nicely by staff opening the door, so I can get in quickly. She was very helpful and polite and simply told me where to put my buggy, where I had to put my sons shoes and the cost/timing etc. Went to the back, parked my buggy, came to desk to pay. Another very polite and helpful lady and off we went to play. My son found some new friends to play with, so I went to sit down and saw a cute little corner serving tea, coffee and much more. Again, a big smiley and friendly young lady. Hands down this place is awesome. It's not super big but it's PERFECT for its purpose. We went to have fun and we surely had that. That's ALL that matters. Definitely will be going again as its great fun and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for staying open so our kids can come have fun, whilst we relax and have a cuppa. See you all again soon. 🥳
