We had such a lovely experience at Gumbado London! The kids had an amazing time and spent hours playing without getting bored. It’s a fully enclosed indoor space, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while they enjoyed themselves. The security and safety measures were excellent, and the staff were attentive and organized. It’s the perfect place for children to burn their energy and spend quality time in a safe environment. The food was also good and reasonably priced. We ordered the kids’ burger meals, which included a burger, juice, fries, and a side of cucumber and carrots. The portions were suitable for children, and everything was fresh and enjoyable. Overall, the prices are affordable and fair for what you get. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and secure place for their little ones! 💛

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Gambado and, overall, it was a great experience. The party host was fantastic—friendly, organised, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food portions were generous and satisfying, although I think the pizza could be improved as the quality wasn’t as good as the rest of the food. There are a few areas that could be improved. The party and play areas were extremely loud, which made it difficult to have a conversation, and I wouldn’t recommend it for children under the age of two. The party area also felt very hot, and the furnishings in both the party and play areas could do with updating to give them a fresher look. Overall, my daughter had a wonderful birthday celebration, and the excellent staff made the day special. With a few improvements to the party and play areas, and an upgrade to the pizza, the experience would be even better.

I booked a session for my daughter on the recommendation of a friend before checking any online reviews. After reading several negative Google reviews highlighting recurring concerns — such as poorly behaved older children, limited staff oversight, questionable cleanliness, and outdated play equipment — I approached our visit with some apprehension. Fortunately, none of these concerns reflected our experience. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout our visit. While a few areas could perhaps benefit from more thorough cleaning, these were either inaccessible to children or confined to narrow spaces between the mesh barriers and soft play structures. The venue itself is impressively large and, despite visiting during a bank holiday weekend, it never felt overcrowded. My daughter had a fantastic time: there were plenty of areas to climb, slide, crawl, and explore, and the equipment felt thoughtfully designed with children’s safety and enjoyment in mind. It is fair to say that some visitors did not always follow the rules. I noticed several children entering play areas barefoot or wearing flip-flops where socks-only policies were clearly intended. However, as with many public spaces, a degree of personal responsibility is expected from visitors, and staff cannot realistically monitor every individual at all times. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The venue appears reasonably well maintained, the play areas are engaging and well designed for children, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating.

We had the best time visiting whilst on holiday in London. I spoke with the manager and owner who honestly couldn't haven't been nicer. The place was lovely and calm, so clean and my girls had so much fun. So much for them to do and areas for them both to play together was a big plus from us. We could have spent all day here. Thanks so much!

As a parent, I’d say this place gets extremely crowded, and it felt like there were more children than the space could comfortably handle. The cleanliness wasn’t great — our socks were noticeably dirty after one session. The facilities also feel quite old-fashioned, especially if you’re used to more modern soft-play centres (Feels like somewhere I might have visited 20 years ago back home). With so many children in one area, the noise level was very high, and it felt a bit overwhelming. For babies and younger toddlers, I wouldn’t recommend it — it’s very busy, loud, and may not be the most comfortable or calm environment for little ones.
