Tenpin Croydon

I recently visited Timpinn Croydon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly due to the bartender’s attitude and service. From the moment we approached the bar, the bartender seemed uninterested and irritated. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. When we asked a simple question about the drinks menu, the response was short and dismissive, as if we should have already known the answer. The service was also incredibly slow, even though the bar wasn’t particularly busy at the time. Other customers who arrived after us were served first, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the wait. When our drinks finally arrived, they were carelessly prepared and didn’t taste right. Overall, the lack of basic customer service and professionalism really let the place down. A friendly and attentive bartender makes a huge difference to the atmosphere, and sadly that was completely missing during our visit. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Tuesday half price bowling is a god send 🥰 kiss and adults all have fun. Takes approx an hour for one game so you can time your plans for the evening 👌 staff are always very helpful if a bowling ball gets stuck. Arcades are a nice distraction if you have the time and money for it, great selection of games. This time the Photo Booth want working which was a shame as the kids wanted a memory keepsake from our evening out with friends. Location is great as lots of food places nearby and ample parking. Go early for parking if you want to park close by.

The arcade sucks. The snakes and ladders machine coin machine was not dispensing coins. When I approached staff they just said people complain and that’s how it should be. I have played many of these and that is not how they should work. Clear that they know there are issues but it continues not to get resolved. Complete scam. Bowling was okay but the floor was wet so I kept slipping

Nice place for kids to have fun , I think is for adults too but today was just for kids because my friend booked for them to have some fun. You can book online or at the place but is not guaranteed they will have slots available so is better to do it online and will be a charge of 50 pence for this. The check in was quick. We used the place just for bowling, we didn’t bought food or drinks but if you want this place has offers available. Staff is nice. The place was clean and not very busy ( we went midday). Parking available
