Decent options for meals. Good spots for children activities. Decent amount for parking spots, however, but can get limited during busy periods (bank holidays).

A great entertainment park, The Colonnades has everything for little and big to have a memorable day out. There is a green field too, to burn some more calories and get the little one the exercice they need for a good night sleep!

Parking down to 90 minutes so don’t bother attending the birthday parties at kidspace/ oxygen here anymore as they last 2 hours and you’ll be slapped with a parking fine. Just another trap

Very poor experience with parking at The Colonnades retail park. I was in the car park for just over two hours, but around 30 minutes of that was spent waiting and looking for a space. My actual parked time was only 1 hour 45 minutes. Despite this, I received a parking charge and UK Parking Administration then ignored multiple emails, online forms and letters before sending the matter to debt recovery without proper warning. When I finally got a response after repeated chasing, I was told the limit runs from entry time, not from when you actually park, which was not made clear. I have messages from the day showing I was waiting for a space. This is a terrible way to treat genuine visitors and reflects badly on The Colonnades. The updated 90 minute limit also seems unrealistic for a retail park.

Fined if staying over 90mins which is easily done if taking kids to Oxygen then food after. No prompt or awareness given from staff at Oxygen. The decline will start with less people visiting
