Airbase 1

I like this place. But was quite dissatisfied after our visit today. I've been in the past & there has always been a member of staff supervising the inflatable at all times, today it was a young bored looking girl coming in for a few minutes here and there. And it was REALLY busy due to a YouTube star having a signing there. Kids riding the scooters into the inflatable area and lying them in the middle of the floor to be tripped over, a toddler was crying because of rough play on the big inflatable he shouldn't of been allowed on, it was chaotic and freezing cold. We had a deal we booked off the website for 4 children, 2 hours on inflatable play and large pizza and 4 chips. When I ordered the food they explained there was a long wait because of how busy it was which I understood. The lad serving was friendly. When it eventually came all the chips bar mine were missing. Also my salad with the panini and chips I ordered. We explained and the girl asked where it says you get 4 chips. I said it says it on the 'group deal' online! My partner said his burger was like cardboard. I asked for the salad and the woman who came out to us said it's chips OR salad. (It clearly states on their menu inside, chips AND salad with the panini meal) It was impossible to get to the toilet because the queue to the signing was blocking it. A staff member came to the inflatable to watch it near the end of our session and was telling the kids at 13.40 their time was up and they should of got off the inflatable at 12 with their white wristband...our slot was 12 til 2!! She was looking at the chart on the wall and said they had the wrong colour wrist band on. The chart she was reading off wasn't even for the 'group deal' it was for people with a 'combi pass' cos I read it. So overall I feel there are improvements to be made

DO NOT GO , My experience at Airbase 1 was absolutely awful and completely unacceptable. What should have been a fun and safe place turned into an uncomfortable situation when a grown man openly started calling my friends names. This kind of behavior is disgusting, immature, and should never be tolerated anywhere, especially in a public business.

Had a family day out to airbase 1 and inflatable play area in ramp 1. The price was very reasonable for 2 adults and one child. We all used the play are as it wasn't too busy. My son loved every second of he's time there. We had food from the cafe on site found it to be cheep but basic. That said I have no complaints about the food it was served hot and was nice to eat. The staff were friendly. I would highly recommend airbase 1 and look forward to going again

3rd visit as part of Home Education group. Incredible value; 70% sibling discount; hot food at discounted price. Plenty of staff interacting with and coaching kids. In general a friendly welcoming experience. Kids love it.1st 2 visits had 2 x 7 yr olds. This visit also took a 3 yr old. Look forward to return visits

Visited during half term October holidays. All 6 kids had fun. The staff were very friendly, special mention to Nat at reception, who was very polite and welcoming. I bought through wowcher, amazing deal £9 per child including 2 hour bounce sandwich, crisp, drink and chocolate. The inflatable park itself provides lots of fun for kids all ages and definitely recommend for those rainy days. The building also has skate park, which will trying soon. Thanks again.
