Absolutely love this place, we are made to feel welcome as childminders, we look after other people’s children whilst they work. They have recently updated the baby area and they enforce the under age 3 rule so it’s safe for the younger children we have in our care. The staff are very welcoming and the menu varied for snacks and lunches

This place used to be good. Not great, just good. Extremely dirty toilets, floors never mopped, very sticky, kids let loose and parents not looking after them, staff not bothered. Standard stuff for any soft play or a little worse. After today, however, it's crystal clear that I will never return and I will discourage everyone from visiting. My friend's autistic child was not let into the under 3s area which was empty at the time, and the child supervised and well behaved at all times. The manager barking orders without any empathy whatsoever, we ended up only staying 5 minutes with 2 very upset children, my friend crying her eyes out and the manager shouting at us. No refund, no apologies. I believe intent is everything, the problem wasn't so much what we were asked but HOW we were asked it. Zero customer service skills and badly run place.

If you have a SEN child I would advise to avoid this place.. I came in today with my 4yr old and 17month old child. 4yr old got autism, social anxiety & selective mutism was told she was not allowed in with me and my youngest child in the under 3s so I took her in the over 3s she got upset and came back to me very busy with a party on, staff member again told her to leave the under 3s . Spoken to a manger who told me another child with autism was fine in the play area so she should have been! Absolutely shocking I said I would leave then because she was not coping! Her reply that's fine!! Never been to a play centre like this!! I would understand if she was causing trouble but she wasn't.. Will not be coming again!

It's a big play area, great place for kids to spend time and release their energy. Seats are there for meals and you can order food. There's a a little play area for smaller toddlers as well. It's really child friendly with kid's meals and toilets. Priced reasonably than other play areas in the town. Parking can be difficult and tables can be filled depending on when you go. They also do kids parties wtih games and food included. Staff were really nice and friendly. No need to book in advance, the place can accommodate loads
