Went with husband, our grandson and his friend,it was my grandsons first time bowling,he and us all had a great time,we bowled then the kids went in the arcade area and spent their time winning tickets,I did tell them the prizes wouldn't be good,I was right but this is the same everywhere that you can win tickets. We didnt have food this time, although pizza looked good when others bought it,but we did buy drink and slushies which were nice. Staff were really nice and the area was clean including the loos. Will definitely be back.

We booked online for the early bird saving. 9-11. Wasn't that busy but worth booking though. Staff were great. My daughter is a stockport county fan and a staff member was a well. Was great to have a chat with him re football and county. The staff also joined in to which was great and friendly. Definitely go back again

Took my brother for his birthday and he loved every second of it, From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, lively, and perfect for a celebration. The staff were super friendly and made everything easy for us, from getting our lane set up to helping with food and drinks. The lanes were in great condition, and everything ran smoothly all night. What really made it special was how much fun everyone had—lots of laughs, a bit of friendly competition, and great music playing in the background. It was the perfect place to celebrate, whether you’re a serious bowler or just there for a good time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for birthdays or any group event.

I had my 9 year old's birthday party there on Sunday. Genuinely every child said they had the absolute best time. The staff could not have been nicer, the package was fantastic value, abd I just cannot fault it. Cannot recommend the place enough. Thank you so much

!!!***TOTAL FAILURE - CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTY RUINED***!!! I have deliberately waited over four months before writing this review, hoping the disappointment would fade. It hasn’t. We booked a structured children’s birthday party package with three bowling lanes. What we received was disorganised, poorly managed, and ultimately a complete failure. The session did not start on time. One of the lanes then broke down mid-session, causing a significant disruption. What followed was chaotic - delays, no clear communication, children moved between lanes, scores wiped, and the group completely out of sync. Some children barely had a turn before food was served. Despite there still being time remaining, the bowling was ended early without explanation. No member of staff stepped in to manage the transition to the next activity. This was not a minor issue. It was a breakdown of the entire experience. My son was heartbroken and the children on the faulty lane were really upset when they lost their scores. A birthday party that cannot be repeated was reduced to frustration and confusion. What made this significantly worse was the behaviour of the manager on the day. Rather than taking any ownership, he was dismissive and defensive. When I raised concerns about the length of the disruption, I was told I was “incorrect” and that their internal data said otherwise - despite me having been present throughout. There was no attempt to resolve the situation in a constructive or empathetic way. It felt like I was being shut down rather than listened to. I followed this up formally afterwards. Despite confirming my timings the venue failed to acknowledge the real impact on the day. The only gesture offered was a “family pass” for one free game of bowling - which is wholly inadequate given this was a one-off children’s birthday experience that cannot be recreated. Four months on, I am still extremely disappointed - not just by the operational failure, but by the complete lack of accountability and basic customer care. If you are considering booking a children’s party here, I would strongly advise you to think twice.
