We absolutely love coming here! My toddler has the best time every visit, and it’s such a joy to see how much he enjoys it. The space is always clean. The staff are consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, they really go above and beyond to create a lovely atmosphere. We always feel so comfortable here and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

It's been a while since I have been here, took my grandson today, he loved it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only a couple of issues but these would not stop me from going again. Firt issue is, it is freezing cold in there, this would not bother children because they are running around. Second is parking, there is very little parking, HOWEVER, you can park on the main road just outside the carpark

Very reasonable priced. Great selection of food. Love the fact we could walk in and out session wasn’t time. Good toddler area and area for bigger kids. The Lego area was a great extra touch. Toilets were large and clean, well equipped for young children. Staff were great. We got there early (as it opened), so we were fine for parking. It was a little chilly, but as we got there just after opening, the heating might not have kicked in yet.

Staff extremely good cleaning up after food consumption. Very attentive and taking cups and plates away quickly

Not happy today am a businesman too - but rang up at 11am asking what time will you close today the lady said we will close at 4pm i told her i want book for today she replied come in i said thats fine came from oldham kids were very happy but lady says to me we are closing in 1 hour i told her you said to me 4pm then she calls her manager then she says we didnt says this now your calling me a liar after few min debate she accept it and says we have new staff in which seem like thats a lie just to gst the staff in trouble very bad service there wasnt a sitution they could of sorted out wont be going there and will let family and freinds know this place is a scam Bye
