Been to jolly giraffe, had several birthday parties there. Rachel and her staff took care of everything and it was a lovely experience. The staff are all kind and helpful. I would recommend to anyone to book a party at jolly giraffe they made my sons birthday party very special and took all the stress out of planning a kids party.

I can’t recommend Jolly Giraffes highly enough, if you are looking for a place to host your child’s birthday party! The team are absolutely incredible!!! They put in so much effort to make sure that every child had a fantastic time!! The venue is lovely and clean and the party food offered , meant there was something for every child.

Caitlyn was a great party coordinator. Kept us up to date on everything and made the whole process stress free. The kids loved the party food and the room was well decorated.

Our son has just had his 5th birthday party here and it was absolutely amazing, really good communication prior to party, choosing meal choices for children and ensuring children with allergies or specific dietary requirements were catered for. Play and party games included and party bags provided to. Staff always happy to help and really good with the children when it came to organising the party games and getting them all in the party room for something to eat. Parents all had the chance to sit down and relax whilst children played safely. Thank you so much we will definitely be back and so will our party guests as we all loved it. Thank you to Rachel and her team for a fantastic time.

Took my daughter today (10/05/26) manger was so helpful, no request was to big or to small, food was really good quality and at a really good price, (that cheese on toast tho 😋) daughter can’t wait to go back
