We phoned ahead this morning, to ask if they could accommodate for our disabled relative, who uses a wheelchair. We asked if they might on this occasion be able to reserve an area for our loved one to be able to park his wheelchair, the first lady we spoke to needs to have a repeat of training in her customer service skills.. she was not willing to accomodate. Thankfully the second lady was alot more accommodating.. On arrival, we were shown to a private room, so we could have both wheelchair and pram in one space. Much better customer service and more inclusive. The facilities for the kids were great, they played solidly for over 2 hours!

Took my grandson here for a treat. Management need to get a grip, the place is filthy. Spillages, dust, dirty tissues hanging around. It was a weekday and we were some of the first in, so it had clearly not been cleaned. We only stayed 10 minutes. The place needs disinfecting and management should be ashamed of themselves. Will never go again ever!!!

Rubbish. Kids got bored quick. Toilets were gross, food and drink expensive. I took my kids on the Haf scheme and the ‘nutritional meals’ they’re supposed to provide turned out to be cheese sandwich, pizza or jacket potatoes. Had to specifically ask for fruit and when we asked about hand sanitiser, the girl there had no idea what we were on about. Also the steps to go out from the cafe downstairs and out, the lights were half off and other half flickering which is a safety hazard.

We got the family pass which gives two hours in the trampoline area. You pay 2 pounds each for their flip out grip socks, no other grip sock is allowed. We also payed 4 pounds to put our shoes in a locker. The ‘novelty’ areas (buckaroo, wipeout, laser maze etc)aren’t open till 4pm and I felt bad that information wasn’t made clear online. There is some fine print saying they aren’t open during toddler time but doesn’t state any time. It would feel less deceitful if the time is specified on the website. Overall, we had good fun for 1:40 hours. The duo were happy. We spent most of our time on the obstacle course area which is challenging for adults and kids alike. Let’s just say my whole body hurts from doing it all lol. We went upstairs to the cafe to redeem our small pizza and a jug of squash that comes with the family ticket. No comment about the pizza, lol. There is also a party space upstairs with a small toddler area which seemed nice. Flip out would be an amazing 5 stars hangout if the areas were generally cleaner, the place didn’t have a smell and the tower course (by the wipeout) for 8-18 year olds could be freshened up to remove the musty smell.

We went to the toddler session. Be aware that you have to pay 2£ extra if you don’t book it online, what I find it very absurd. The reception was empty when we arrived and we had to wait a few minutes for someone to attend us. Then we had to wait again at the food area. The whole place was very dirty. Floors, tables, every trampoline… specially the under 5s play ground, what by the way had a screw in a very dangerous spot. The personal wasn’t friendly at all. It disgusted me to be completely honest!
