Used to take my kids here 20 years ago and took my 2 grandchildren for the first time this week. There's a good reason why planet play are still operating here - its simply a good place to go when the weather isn't great. Its clean, it seems as safe as a place like this can be, the food looked good, the staff were efficient and most importantly my two under 5 year old grandkids loved it. As long as you aren't trying to 'bend' some of the clearly advertised rules, I cant think why anyone would have anything but a positive experience here.

Come here every single Sunday with my child. Ignore any bad reviews. After coming here for many years planet play have rules so stick by them. Opening hours are there for a reason like any other business. Don’t take your own food and drink and whinge when staff tell you that you can’t have it when it’s clearly stated before entering. It’s the business rules. Treat the business with respect its long standing and the same owners over decades so give it some respect, it’s always clean unlike most, it does not have bad smells like most others, bathrooms clean, food is amazing. Considering how many kids are in here it’s kept to a great quality. Kids toys on the way out very affordable. Have a great selection of equipment and a little area for below 2 year olds too so it keeps them away from the big kids to reduce accidents. Coming every week I continually see people try and break the rules, it’s just arrogant and selfish to a great team that’s trying to work hard, you wouldn’t like it if it was your own business. WEAR socks don’t be bare foot it’s pretty obvious. I don’t want my child near some raw feet! Don’t climb on things where you can fall, planet play aren’t asking for the world of you, just abit of common knowledge and it really frustrates me seeing some of the petty comments on here. Don’t turn up half hour before it shuts and then get bent out of shape because they are charging you! We would all do the same. To all the team at planet play Thankyou for a 10/10 weekly experience. I came here as a child and it’s now amazing I can bring my own child. Keep up the great work team!

The best play centre in Heywood/Bury/Rochdale. We came to celebrate our daughter’s 5th birthday and we were so impressed with the attention to detail, how friendly and helpful the staff were, the delicious food and how clean it was too. There are so many sections with lots of amazing slides, ball pits, swings, things to climb and much more, the children never got bored! Ava’s party host, Eve was absolutely fantastic. She made Ava feel so special and took care of everything. The whole party ran smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you all so much for making it special and a memory we will never forget 💖

Brilliant play area. Always immaculately clean, and well maintained equipment for the children. The staff are lovely, very friendly. Very reasonably priced for entry and food. The food is delicious, the portion sizes are very generous and a good selection to choose from! Thankyou my daughter loves it here!

Staff are absolutely vile how this is supposed to be a nice environment for children is beyond me. One member of staff was walking inside the baby bit in there shoes when I asked they said “because they can” when babies are crawling around. Terrible attitude, money grabbers.
