We had our little boys 5th birthday party here on Sunday and he had the best time! This is the second party we have had at Funtastic and they didn’t disappoint. Thank you so much to the whole team for making his day perfect. It ran smoothly from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again to everyone at Funtastic for making his birthday extra special! 🩷🩵💜🧡

Well what can I say? My daughter's Pampertastics birthday party was absolutely spot-on perfect 👌🏻 The hosts really made her 10th birthday unforgettable and they all were just so happy with hair, nails, makeover and fun outfits to Disco in! Even the dance floor and big screen was so much more than I expected, and took away all the heat from me running her party 🥳 So worth it, fun and professional. So THANK you ladies, love from Maxx and her schoolmates 💖

I am extremely disappointed with our visit. Despite it being school holidays, the centre was very quiet. Staff were sitting and chatting for around 40 minutes rather than supervising the areas properly. The most upsetting part of our visit was how my autistic daughter was treated. She was calmly supervising her 1-year-old nephew in the sensory room while I was briefly changing my grandson. I am disabled and physically unable to access the small spaces safely, which is why my daughter was helping to keep him safe. At the time, the sensory room was empty apart from them, with only one other child entering for a couple of minutes. Instead of offering support or speaking respectfully, staff shouted at my daughter. She is autistic, it was her birthday week, and she was doing her best to help her family. She left in tears. No child—especially a neurodivergent child—should be spoken to like that, particularly when staff had been inattentive beforehand. There was no understanding, no compassion, and no appropriate communication. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this play centre. What should have been a happy family outing ended up being distressing and upsetting.

Underrated play centre, exceptionally clean and rather quiet at times. Sensory room is great for little ones and there's plenty to do for kids of most ages!

Our first visit today was brilliant! My grandson absolutely loved playing with all the toys. Lots to do. We had a lovely afternoon thank you. Highly recommend for little ones!
