Didn't know the area, so was recommend, what a great time the grandchildren had. It was quiet, which was good as they could run around. Plenty of things for then to play with and do. The staff were lovely with the grandchildren. We had some food toasted teacake was lovely, coffee was also good. The grandchildren also had something to eat, just the right amount they eaten most of it, ice-cream was lovely would recommend. Don't get me wrong there are better and worse, but today it was the best.

I booked my son’s birthday party here as we are regular customers, and my children have always enjoyed visiting we’ve never had any issues before. When I made the booking, the staff were very helpful and specifically advised me to arrive early to set up decorations etc and get everything ready. I arrived at 9:30am for a 10:00am party, as I expected some guests to arrive early (which they did). I came in with my child, along with our cake, balloons, and party bags, only to be greeted by a very rude and unhelpful woman at reception. She immediately told me, “You’re too early, love.” I explained that I had been advised to arrive early when booking, but she dismissed this and said, “Not this early love your party doesn’t start for another 30 minutes. We have 9:30 customers in” There were only two customers there, yet I was told to wait in my car until 10 minutes before the party. This meant taking my very excited child, along with all the party supplies, back outside and sitting in the car waiting. It was incredibly frustrating especially for a party I had paid almost £400 for and completely unreasonable given I had followed the instructions provided at the time of booking. Meanwhile, guests were already starting to arrive, and I hadn’t been allowed to set anything up. If I hadn’t had so many children attending, I would have cancelled and requested a refund on the spot. I will say that the rest of the staff, including the party host, were very nice. However, the experience at the start was so disappointing that it really affected the overall occasion. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend booking a party here, as it was unfortunately overshadowed by the attitude of one very rude member of staff.

Really good soft play centre and kids enjoyed it. Only bit of constructive feedback I’d give is your servicing of your kiosk for food and drinks. Leave someone dedicated to taking payments and peoples orders for food and drinks. Ask them to stick with the taking orders and payments and not get involved with anything else. Then support this person with a couple of more staff who can do the coffee orders or make the ice team in the tubs etc. The queue ends up massive because the person who should be responsible for the kiosk and till leaves to get involved in other stuff. Small issue but you could be taking many more orders and not leave the customers waiting which is win win for both parties. Really good soft play centre though 👌🏻

Friendly staff, nicely priced, free entry for adults, free parking at the back, choice of snacks at the bar. However the equipment seems a bit dated and I couldn't get over the musty smell. Plenty of room for improvement.
