Food took ages to come even though the place was dead. I ordered salt and pepper fries, and as per pick. They were chips with salt and pepper on. I asked them where the salt and pepper fries where and he said that these where them. These were only ordered as an extra as they were not allowing me to upgrade the chips on my meal to S&P fries. So to pay extra for them is just an added joke. My partners meal wasnt any better either. Definitely wouldnt go back. I should have known given how quiet it was on the first sunny day we have had in ages. 🤔

We took our granddaughter to the softplay at the wacky warehouse, I read a lot of good reviews so I bought the 1 month play pass, I had to get a refund. The state of the play area was very disappointing and it looked dirty and the cushioned play blocks were very worn out. Also it showed that they have a kids play area but it seems they no longer have that. One of the toilet’s lock was broken. Needs to be uodated, We won’t be going there again.

We attended today for my daughters 7th Birthday with her friends. We would like to personally thank Lauren and Grace for all your help and making today run so smoothly. They took care of every detail ensuring we had nothing to worry about and could focus on the guests with no stress or worries. Every child was attended to with a positive, friendly approach and a big smile. The customer service from the beginning when we booked has been outstanding. Very helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

Been here before and came again because of how lovely our experience was last time. Lauren is an absolute star when it comes to customer service and a pleasant face to see when we visit. Certainly reccomend for families to come here.
