Visited during half term, this was extremely busy! There are plenty of tables to put belongings on and a cafe available. Food was typical of what you would expect at a soft play centre. Playarea is a decent size and suitable if an adult needed to go in, (not like you will break your back). Large slide is steep, our kids loved it but not for everyone. The under 4s area is ok, more suited for babies. Our 2 year old could climb out easily and preferred the larger play area. Downsides is cost, better paired with combo ticket (trampolining). Cleanliness, there was food on the floor and no one cleaned during our 2.5hours there. The toilets are outside of the play area meaning you have to get buzzed back in every time.

Came here last week with a group of friends all with toddlers. We were in the central play area (below 4 years old) and it was almost impossible to keep older children out. I spoke to staff three times for support, and at one point someone offered to watch and manage - but that didn't last for long. My son was getting upset and I was furious that he was in a situation where older kids could hurt them. I spent a lot of my time asking older kids to move away from my son as some were playing rough and not watching for those around them. I shouldn't be doing this. In the end we ended up sitting in the cafe, as it wasnt worth the stress. The area for toddlers should be entirely separate, but instead its central and surrounded by low walls that older kids can climb into, or use as a cut through. Disappointing, won't be returning. Total waste of money and an afternoon.

We booked a 2 hrs session with the grandchildren and the kids had a fun time however. There wasn't anybody on the gate, so when you go to the toilet you can't get back in. My reason for 3 stars is that as my youngest grandchild is only 3 I had to keep going to shut the gate on the 3rd occasion I got my partner to complain as although I'm responsible for my own grandchildren I shouldn't have to keep closing the gate because other adults and older children leave it open. The staff were not interested and said your responsible for your own children.i understand you supervise your own children but somebody should be manning the gates so the kids are safe. On the 7 time of closing the gate I was fed up and decide to leave, safety was the issue for me

The staff are ok, not very polite or attentive. Our children were constantly having altercations with some very challenging children that the staff turned a blind eye too. The play center is not worth paying for and the cafe is run by one staff member so queues develop quickly.

Not the cleanest or the biggest play facility and its quite pricey but the location is good for parking and coffee is good. The machines for the kids need coins and don't accept tap n go. We did not use the jumping side as we had one small child.
