Had our Son's 3rd Birthday party here on Sunday 22/2. From the easy options to browse on the website with clear differences & prices for additional extras it was sooo easy to book. Also a really good price for the package. Emailing the office to confirm, and to add on additional, allergies etc were really helpful. Maisie was so lovely as our party host, helped set up with our spiderman bits, talked us through timing. Spiderman was amazing, an amazing add on. So patient and honestly couldn't fault them. The centre itself is actually one of the nicer in the area, decent mix of things, clean and im good kitchen & even when its busy doesn't feel as packed as others. Would highly recommend for a party or as a guest. Thanks for an amazing unforgettable birthday experience for Aaron 💙

We recently had our daughter Darla’s party at Tree Tops Café Soft Play, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The soft play area is fantastic — clean, safe, and so much fun for the kids. Darla and her friends had the best time exploring and playing, and it was lovely seeing them all so happy and entertained. The setup is brilliant for parties, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The staff were incredible — so friendly, organised, and attentive. They took care of everything, which meant we could actually relax and enjoy the day with Darla. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made her feel so special. The food and party arrangements were spot on, and everything ran so smoothly. It truly took all the stress out of hosting a children’s party. Thank you, Tree Tops Café, for giving Darla such a magical birthday celebration. We’ll definitely be back

My daughter had her birthday party here a few weekends ago. Ben (the party host) was amazing! From walking in to leaving they had everything covered. Ben was fantastic with the children - and even got us adults involved and having fun too! I’d definitely recommend booking their party’s. Xx

I've brought my kids here for years and they've always loved it. The soft play is self contained and everywhere is visible from the café area. It's good to know my kids can play safely and independently. Food is good with decent options for kids (as you might expect). Treetops recently hosted my daughter's 4th birthday. We had 15 kids between 3 and 7. They had a play in the soft play before dinner and games in the party room led by our party organiser. Everyone had a wonderful time and the venue made everything really easy for us. Thanks so much for all your help and years of play 😊
