We recently visited this soft play and while the facilities are enjoyable, I do feel there are some important safety concerns that require more serious attention. The staffing level appeared insufficient for the size and busyness of the venue. One staff member was expected to manage multiple responsibilities at once, including ticketing, monitoring entry and exit, and checking height restrictions. In practice, this makes it very difficult to supervise the play areas effectively or ensure that safety rules are consistently followed. During our visit, a group of significantly taller children (well above the 140cm limit) were about to enter the junior area. This could pose a genuine risk to smaller children and, importantly, it was not identified or prevented proactively. I would strongly encourage management to review staffing levels and place greater emphasis on safety. In a setting like this, appropriate supervision is not optional — it is essential. It would also be reassuring to see more visible involvement from senior staff in overseeing daily operations and identifying areas for improvement. From reading other reviews, responses appear somewhat standardised, and I hope more attention can be given to genuinely engaging with feedback and making meaningful changes. This venue has great potential, but without stronger supervision and a more proactive approach to safety, it may fall short of the standard parents reasonably expect.

We are here on Christmas eve! It's very very busy but the staff here are amazing! Everyone is being served swiftly at the check in desk and the bar. The staff are a credit to you! We've enjoyed two games of bowling and yummy food today. Looking forward to coming back to try the karaoke, laser tag, escape rooms and digital darts! We will be back Tenpin Warrington - Merry Christmas!

Great place to entertain both adults and chikdren. We had 3 games if bowling and the little ones played in the soft play area

I have taken my daughter and some of her friends here a few days ago for a game of laser tag and bowling for her birthday. The staff were really kind, extremely helpful and went out of their way to make the day extra special for her. We come here several times a year and the staff are always helpful and on hand to chat too. Thank you so much guys, the tenpin was the icing on the cake 🥰
