Least friendly or helpful soft play I’ve ever been too! I arrived with 2 children to attend a party one had been invited to and I paid for the other to play. The young lad was polite and helpful, sorting out payment. We went inside and immediately jumped as Leigh (the older lady who appeared to be in charge) announced loudly that all party guests need to be in the party area. The tannoy was loud enough to make us all jump. This was announced at least 4 more times, despite the fact all guests where in the allotted area. Several announcements were made regarding more than one child being on the Spider-Man section. Whilst we tried to limit children on this section, it wasn’t immediately apparent which section this was, and none of the signage was child friendly, so the younger members of the group and the ND members really struggled to know they couldn’t go on it if someone was already there. So more shouty tannoy announcements. I ordered food and was shouted twice to collect it, (10 seconds between announcements, I had literally only had time to stand up) The jug drinks for the party where dumped on the counter with more announcements to collect them. (No cups, we had to go and ask for them) One parent with a ND child was adjusting a nappy, and pulling pants up and there was ANOTHER tannoy announcement to move the nappy. It had been on the floor a few seconds, all wrapped up, with the parent right next to it, in the process of picking it up! Then the cake arrived. Leigh came out, said to one of the party mums, ‘I don’t know where she wants this,’ then dumped the cake and matches on a table and walked off. To immediately announce closing in 15 minutes. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but I will not be rushing back, and I know from the comments of other parents at the party they felt similarly. Which is a shame as the play centre itself was well cared for and clean.

Our grandson banged his face this morning while playing. Thank you to the staff, especially Kim, who were helpful and sympathetic and who provided an ice pack.

Kids have a great time at willow bees. Staff are very friendly and attentive to them. Food is good. Parking is limited and sometimes have to park on a busy main road ( midweek only). We have booked onto a themed day with miss Rachel so looking forward to it.

Great facility for kids to play. The soft play is one of my kids fave places to go. They sell food and drink so that’s good for parents
