Z Stockton Heath

I visited Z today for my a 3rd birthday party and it was brilliant. A great 2hours, food and coffee was great. We go to Z every week and my son loves it. It’s always clean and the staff are so attentive. I usually have a coffee & breakfast when I go. Recently I took my dad too and he had to English breakfast muffin which he gave a 10/10 and said he’d love to try the rest of the menu. A great place for all toddlers and a place that looks after the adults too. I nipped in the other week without my son for a takeaway coffee as it is that good! Highly recommend you visit. We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday here, and I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful in organising everything, and the whole day ran so smoothly. Every detail was taken care of, which meant we could just relax and enjoy the party. The venue itself is a real hidden gem. So many of our guests commented on how lovely it was and said they had no idea it even existed! It’s such a beautiful, welcoming space that has clearly been created with so much care. The staff were absolutely impeccable throughout the entire event. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and accommodated, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was also spot on, fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stress-free children’s party with exceptional service. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about making every event special, and they’ve created a fantastic place that deserves to be discovered. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll definitely be recommending it to family and friends.

I’ve been going to Z weekly since it opened in September and recently had my little girl’s birthday party upstairs. I couldn’t recommend it more. Liv, Dan and the whole team cannot do enough for you, everything ran smoothly and they really do go the extra mile, adding personal touches such as a personalised projected image onto the wall. The music was sorted for me and the team helped set up the room. Facilities are great and the team made sure all the parents had coffees etc. We are always there in the soft play too, everything is clean, food and coffee is great, such a brilliant addition to the village!

We love it here. I previously haven’t liked a softplay as they’re too overstimulating for me, but I love the smaller and quieter vibe that Z has. Theres three softplay areas- one for the bigger kids and then two little ones for toddlers and prewalkers. The big kid section has more than enough to entertain my very active 4 year old so despite being smaller it’s still great for all ages and keeps them entertained. Add to that amazing coffee and food and it gives me a perfect break being able to have a drink and watch my 4 year old while my baby naps.

I’ve been here more times than I care to admit since it opened but with good reason. The perfect addition to Stockton Heath! The soft play is immaculate and whilst small, given the fact it’s on the high street, it’s perfect. My little boy never wants to leave. He loves the craft table, the snacks & the kids meals are lovely too. The hot drinks are some of the best I’ve had at a soft play. I’m a hot chocolate drinker & had a caramel one of my most recent visit. So good! The studio upstairs is gorgeous and I loved my first class with Sophie. 100% coming back to both work out & keep my toddler entertained! Nothing is too much for the staff & they are so open feedback. I’ve suggested a few things since launch which they’ve taken on board and even introduced. Would 100% recommend!
